The aim of WP4 is to identify the explicit and implicit practices and rules implemented by the farmers and all stakeholders in the studied cases. The interactions between the strategies of the stakeholders for the product valorisation and the strategies of the stakeholders for the genetic management of the breed will be highlighted.
